We can get your laptop set up so it goes straight into the Desktop, we can give you a good old fashioned Start Menu and we can amend the programs so that your photos open in the with Windows Photo Viewer, making it easier to go forward and backwards in them.

And we can even install Windows 8.1 for you if you have put it off so far.
